Ready to start matching with all those shiny jewels? Then start playing this online match 3 game! In Sword and Jewel, you are trying to match all the jewels with at least three in a row. The goal is to keep on matching without running out of room. How long can you keep going? Find out in this free to play thinking game.

The gameplay of Sword and Jewel

In Sword and Jewel, you start with an empty grid of 6 by 5. Every turn, you place one jewel on the board somewhere. But every time you place a jewel, another jewel is randomly placed somewhere on the board as well. So you get 2 jewels every round, one chosen by you and the other one is random. 

The goal is to make lines with the jewels, either vertical or horizontal lines. When you complete a line of 3, 4 or even longer blocks, those jewels get removed from the board and you earn points! Try to beat your high score and score as many points as possible, before you run out of room on the board.

Think about every move you make, so that you don’t run out of room. Enjoy the swords flying through the screen when you make a match, and try to get rid of as many shiny jewels as possible!
