How do you play Yummy Tales?

In this matching game, you can accompany Oscar the cute little puppy on a journey around the farm to feed all the animals. The game has a whopping 900 levels to unlock, with Daily Rewards to collect whenever you return to continue your journey!

You have a limited number of moves to complete each puzzle. The farm animals in the field will tell you what food they want to eat. Make the tomatoes, berries, apples, bell peppers, melons and other items switch places to line up three or more of the same ones.

You can only swap two icons that are lying next to one another on the board (horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally). Each move must  result in at least one valid match, or the icons will simply jump back to their original slot on the board.

Yummy Tales tips and tricks: How do I get more stars?

Collecting stars will allow you to open the treasure chests you’ll find scattered around the farm. These often contain one of four useful boosters that allow you to remove random items and barriers. You’ll also need stars to unlock the gates leading to the next area on the map.

In some levels, collecting the maximum score of three stars will be challenging, but here’s a tip to help you do it: Try to complete each level in as few moves as possible. Any moves you have left after you’re done feeding the animals will be turned into bombs and scattered across the board. They’ll all go off at once and cause a cascade that will hugely boost your score!

Yummy Tales strategy: How do you get the best out of bombs?

While playing, you’ll also gain a bomb for any combination you make using more than three identical items. Lining up 4 items will result in a bomb that can clear a whole row or column. These bombs have a white ring around them.

Matching 5 items can result in two different types of bomb: Any T-shaped or L-shaped match of five items will result in a bomb that can clear both a column and a row in one go. A straight line of 5 matching items is rewarded with a special bomb that can clear away all items of one type - and you get to choose which item by merging it with the bomb.

Use these bombs to quickly collect many of the fruits and vegetables you need. Or try to move the icons around the board to direct the blast in such a way as to clear away multiple pesky obstacles at once, like a real Match-3 master!
