This game is simple to play. You just press the lift button. You can also get upgrades where this is done automatically, and also that when you are not playing this game, your character will still continue to lift.
There are more upgrades in this game. You can buy upgrades for the muscle growth per lift, for the items you are lifting, and how long it takes per lift. Upgrading all of them is a good tactic, because they all add some worth for your muscle gains!
