Also, security is needed to make sure no unwanted items go through the airport. A lounge for the passengers is also needed, where they can relax before their flight.
Load up the planes with passengers and suitcases. Move over the suitcases, or next to the people, to collect them and to move them to the plane. In the same manner, you can also unlock new places, and more people who do the jobs for you, by moving to those tiles and spending the money.
